Cause: Fixed‑orientation heads, inconsistent material temperature and limited access force manual repositioning or slow cycles.
Solution: The 6‑axis rotation head provides full access without repositioning the part; combined with camera registration, stable temperature control and independent multi‑head control, the system delivers repeatable deposit shape and size while scaling throughput. Validate and lock recipes for production.
